THE PLACE: The 3 bed house is in an area called Clayton-le-brook village, which is set back just off the A6 between Preston and Chorley, by junction 29 of the m6 and the start of the m61 to Manchester and the m65 to north Yorkshire . It has all the local shops you need including post office, pubs, hairdressers, chemist , take aways and spar all a 5 mins walk away, also they are a couple of good primary schools near by. There are lots of great secondary schools in the area. There is a very good bus service that run from the end of the road that can take you just about anywhere. The asda sport center and the library are a 10 mins walk. This place has a great community, ideal for families as there are lots for the kids to do. There are after school clubs and other activities in the village hall and playing fields and a park quite near about 2mins walk, there are lots of parties for kids all through the year making it ideal for kids to settle in. Cuerden valley park is about a 10 mins walk away which has woods and fishing lake also the canal is 10 mins drive away. If you are in to motorbikes or countryside days out then Rivington Pike is only 17miles/22minutes drive away. Chorley is your nearest town which is 5mile/10mins in the car. 7mile/11mins drive to Preston city centre. If you like the coast then Blackpool and Southport is 30 mins drive . Manchester 30miles/35mins. Liverpool 32miles/39mins

THE HOUSE: The house is a middle terrace 3 bed house with loads of storage and is well layed out ,with open plan kitchen diner with fitted kitchen cupboards, and toilet down stair walking cupboard just off the living room, which is at the back of the house looking into your back garden. . Upstairs 2 x double bedrooms and 1 x single ( bigger box room) with airing cupboard and bathroom, it has double glazing, gas central heating, Small front garden with fence round it set back off road with private drive. The back garden is approx 30 ft long with a shed, the garden is flagged with a little flower bed not yet finished. There is an extra shed which I might consider leaving for same (if not I will be taking it with me leaving the garden half flagged) The garden is enclosed with a 6ft fence all around it with a back gate for access ideal for kids or dogs…

WANTS: We are looking for 3or 4 bed house or 2 bed if it has a separate dining room with an enclosed back garden, must be secure as I have 2 dogs who are happy to run off. The back garden must have access to it NOT THROUGH THE HOUSE as I have motorcycles etc . Would like to move to north Yorkshire, Stafford, but will consider any area , would prefer outskirts of towns or countryside, we do not need close amenities.
